What We Believe
The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative written Word of God that makes the people of God trained, equipped, complete for every good work. ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
There is only one eternally existent God in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
The diety of our Lord, Jesus Christ, is recognized through His virgin birth, His sinless life, His victorious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and His glorious ascension to the right hand of the Father where He remains as the High Priest always making intercession for those who trust in Him. (Hebrews 10:10-13; John 1:1-3; Isaiah 7:14; 1 Peter 1:19; Hebrews 7:26; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:9)
Salvation from sin is through repentance by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, (1 John 1:9; Romans 10:9-10)
Water baptism is by total immersion after a profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord of your life. The purpose of this is to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. (Romans 6:3; 2 Cortinthians 5:17)
Jesus Christ provides healing of sickness and disease through the prayer of faith and anointing with oil. (James 5:14; Isaiah 53:5)
The infilling with the Holy Spirit is an event separate from and subsequent to salvation and is available to all believers. (Acts 2:4; Joel 2:28)
The return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is imminent. (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11-19)
The church is commanded in Scripture to meet regularly for the edification of all of the believers. (Hebrews 10:25)
